Meditation Classes and Breathing Classes
Personal meditation and 'learning to breathe' sessions are available. These appointments are 1 hour on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Sessions are available in person or online.
You will learn diaphragmatic breathing (how to breathe correctly) as well as a range of meditation techniques, if that is your goal.
