Body Listening Sessions
Body listening sessions are a step between counselling and Breathwork sessions; and they can also be used on their own.
Sessions 1 hour. First session 1.5 hours.
- Breath and body mindfulness
- Listening to the body's intelligence (what does it need? how does it feel)
- Increasing embodiment and grounding
- Working with dissociation
- Breath and finding your body's movement
